HYPER is a VPHP generator designed for bio-decontamination in medical, pharmaceutical, and biological settings, achieving 6-log bio-decontamination processes.

Configuration: Operates in a single-pass (open loop) setup for rapid cycles.
Control: Controlled by a Siemens PLC S7-1200 for safe operation and comprehensive reporting.
Integration: Communicates with isolator control systems via PROFINET or discrete I/O, integrated or remote.
Safety: Minimizes operator exposure using disposable containers with 35% Hydrogen Peroxide.
Effectiveness: Validates processes with Geobacillus stearothermophilus biological indicators for 6-log sporicidal reduction.

Cycle Description

The bio-decontamination process is dry, preventing VPHP condensation on treated surfaces. HYPER employs a low-temperature method, vaporizing a 35% H2O2 solution into a preheated air stream that enters the enclosure enriched with VPHP.
